 Algerian chickpea tajine

    1 onion, 6 garlic cloves, 4 medium carrots, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ras el hanout, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp ground ginger, 6 small potatoes, or 3 medium, 1 can (540ml) chickpea, 1½ cup frozen peas, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 2 cups vegetable broth, handful of fresh coriander, leaves and stems, salt

    This is a easy, healthy, packed with rich flavors, one pot, vegan tajine, you’re not about to forget!

    This is one of my favorite recipe so far, I love the depth of flavor from the spices, the potatoes are creamy and rich and the green peas add a burst of sweetness in every bite.
