Simple vegetable and red bean soup

    ½ cup red rice, 1 can (540ml) diced tomatoes, 2 cups cauliflower fleurets, 2 cup brocoli, 1½ cup diced sweet potato, 1½ cup canned red beans, 6 cups vegetable stock, ½ tsp cuminseeds, 1 tsp cajun spices, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp paprika, salt

    This vegetable and red bean soup is perfect for this cold grey weather. It's packed with beautiful veggies, it doesn’t take a long time to prepare, it is comforting (kinda like our mommy use to make), healthy, and it as enough protein for me to eat it as a meal.
