2 flax eggs ( 2tbsp flax seeds, 5 tbps warm water), 2 cups almond meal, 120g margarine, ¾ cup granulated sugar, 2 tbsp all purpose flour,

Ooey gooey frangipane cookies that satisfies your belly as well as your conscience.
One of my favorite dessert is frangipane tart; a almond meal based pie, but since I became vegan ( well actually not vegan, because I still eat eggs from my pet chickens, but no other animal products), I stopped eating it because it contains eggs and butter. One day I decide to try it completely vegan, and turned into cookies, so I replaced the chicken eggs with flax eggs, and the butter with margarine. Tadddaaaa!! VEGAN FRANGIPANE COOKIES!!!!!!
