I know there are people out there who like to follow a diet, have boxed meals delivered to their doorstep or to commit themselves to a regime of intermittent fasting. I am far from dismissing these ways to eat healthy. We are all different and need to walk different paths to make our lives better.
But for me, the single most effective strategy to eat healthy is to allow myself to eat whatever I feel like. Sounds too good to be true?
