This chole bhuna is a simple but delicious, easy to prepare, gluten free dish vibrant with beautiful Indian spices and tangy citrus taste.

Chole bhuna is a dish from the Indian subcontinent; it is usually fairly dry and spicy with a sour citrus note, and is widely sold as snack food and street food in India and Pakistan.

My version as a bit more liquid and is less spicy ( my tolerance for spicy is very limited), and is great served with basmati rice or any Indian bread.
