The LITTLE things are actually the BIG things.

The LITTLE things are actually the BIG things.

    -

    Think about it.

    -

Going to the gym every day for a year is a “little” thing. You could consider it a habit. It’s not a drastic, big, “aha” moment - it becomes part of your routine.

    -

Switching out regular soda for diet soda or having a salad instead of French fries every day for a year isn’t a HUGE change in the grand scheme of things, but it saves you tens of thousands of calories and helps make you a healthier person ?.

    -

Telling your partner you love them every day, and SHOWING them that love through action every day goes a lot farther in developing that love than say, a large ticket gift like jewelry or some other big item. It’s a daily action. -

We are the small, daily actions we take. Our “houses” are built by the bricks we lay down each and every moment of our live.

We choose what those bricks are. We either lay strong bricks that build a fortress, or we lay bricks that are made out of sand (FYI, those don’t hold together well). -

Think of some of the actions you take every day - are they sturdy bricks, or are they sand?

    -

What’s one of your sturdy bricks? Let me know in the comments below what you girls have as daily habits! -

I’m off to go do a late morning leg session, and super excited for the @futurefemalesPersonal Branding event tonight ft. @candibod. ??? -
